Raquiah King, 20, was found fatally shot near an intersection in Hanover County the day after her boyfriend, Emmanuel Coble, 27, took her to an abortion clinic for a procedure she refused, the report states.

Coble reportedly got upset with King about her decision to not get an abortion, and was charged for her murder a month after her body was discovered, continues the outlet.

An affidavit for the case states that King had reportedly shown her mother a sonogram of the 12-week-old fetus before telling her that Coble "did not want to be a father". Coble told authorities that he took King to get an abortion, but ultimately took her home when she refused. Authorities later found human blood in the trunk of Coble's car. Coble is being held pending a hearing on Tuesday, Dec. 6.
